History Of The Jutsu: While experimenting with lightning based attacks that utilize the actual lightning strikes of a cloud.(Often resulting in agonizing burns, and failure...) Rocore decided to see if he couldn't make use of the the instantaneous lightning strikes to move himself around the battlefield. After more tries than he'd care to mention and more injuries than he will ever actually tell anyone. He found a way, in his sage mode to balance the nature of the actual lightning strike and his own skills.

Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: The jutsu takes precision, knowledge of natural chakra, extreme balance in use of chakra, and storm clouds.

The way it works (at least according to Rocore's theory.) Is that the person using the jutsu needs to be in sage mode. They use chakra to force lightning from the clouds to strike them in the instance it occurs the wielder uses the lightning to make his body vibrate to such an extent that the person and chakra flows more or less into the sky and creates a second lightning strike almost simultaneously to transport them across the field of battle. The maximum distance travelled this way without pushing one's own boundaries has been fifty yards.

In appearance the wielder looks as though they are transported by lightning strikes and often leave an impact when returning to the ground. It takes a strong body as well as intense control over both nature and your own chakra.

Weaknesses: The effects are very nearly instantaneous only high level nin would be able to truly notice more than the first lightning strike without the thunder that accompanies the second. That said, if there are no clouds in the sky to be transported through it is impossible to use. Outside of sage mode, it is impossible to use. Over use of this (More than 10 uses at a time.) Can cause the wielder to either be drained of chakra or turn to stone. It utilizes the energy in the actual lightning and clouds. The ninja needs to be both incredibly fast and have an almost perfect control over his natural and nature chakra.

Hrmm.. If you change the wording a bit, it could work. Example: Instead of climbing into the sky, your chakra could be manipulated to follow the current of the lightning strike into the clouds, and out again. Also: IC you REALLY need to teach this to me.
