History of Jutsu: Before the mist was created this Jutsu was created by the Ringo clan as a way to get away from a battle if they new they were out matched. They became a powerful clan after they had mastered there new jutsu they were feared, people became cautious around Ringo clan members, and now most have forgotten this life saving jutsu.

Details: this jutsu puts the opponent in a temporary state of Paralysis so the user may do one of 2 things escape with his life, or strike the opponent down, especially well used if the user knows where all the opponents vitals are so he can use a Kunai to end it. This technique can be Long range, Mid, or short range most Ringo use it at Point Blank range or far enough to distract the opponent to quickly use another technique. The Jutsu produces a stream of lightning that strikes the opponent and depending on the distance is how long the paralysis last only about a minute at long range mid range about 5 minutes and point blank a good 10 minutes to escape.

Weakness: easily stopped with a a wind defense technique, and easily avoided at Long or Mid range at short range opponent can stop the user from using it if they notice what the user is planning.
