History Of The Jutsu: The original Hiddeb Mist Jutsu was created in the mist upon learning this jutsu over time during the 5 year time skip Tee decided to enhance the effects of the hidden mist thus creating ultimate hidden mist


Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: Covers the entire battlefield as Tee turns the water vapor into mist making him able to cover vast distances in the mist. The mist is special in the sense that it cannot dissipate by simple means that a normal mist jutsu would. If the opponent tries to dissipate the mist it will instantaneously reform regardless of the size dissipated.


Weaknesses: This can be released by the user running low on chakra or hitting the opponent severely.
