History Of The Jutsu: While fighting against the Uchiha, barring using his sage mode skills Rocore had trouble closing ground. The fire style attacks often forced him to keep distance when water was not immediately available. He developed a short to mid-range attack to make closing ground easier. At the least it would force his opponent to move and break concentration on using another jutsu. At the most he was able to cover a battle-field with a cloud and make a rather large ionized lightning cloud. The larger the cloud however took more chakra it will eat and like the chidori it can take its toll. That said a small cloud may not have the same outward reach but it will travel the same distance.

-o- and ---O--- being about the differing reach of lightning based on the clouds if - = about 1 yard.



Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: When Rocore uses this jutsu he utilizes all three of his chakra natures. However is certain variations can be made so long as the wielder had lightning style and either earth, fire or water.

Rocore builds lightning chakra up in his hand similar to the chidori. When the first step is met he makes a small cloud and put his hand inside it. Then he condenses the lightning into the storm causes it to ionize the molecules. The small cloud will retain form but turn a near white color and begin casting off lightning bolts dangerous to even the wielder. At this point the goal is to get it in motion. Rocore uses his wind nature to then push it. He has theorized that an Earth nature wielder would likely be able to throw it.

His own method has proven effective though. Hurricane winds send the cloud charging at an alarming rate but after it is motion it is difficult for the wielder to divert onto another course. Even Rocore simply lets it dissipate. At the most it can travel up to 20 yards before simply breaking down. The power goes down as it travels further though and is strongest from 0-5 yards losing some energy at the 10 yard mark and having lost 3/4s by the 15 yard mark. From 0-10 yards if it strikes, it is expected that the enemy(s) will be paralyzed and wounded.

Weaknesses: A water style user or a wind style user can disrupt this attack if done correctly. A wind style user can set it off course but not completely destroy it. A water style user can remove the cloud making the remaining ions 'explode' on the spot. However the water style option can be devastating if the cloud is too close. It can be dodged, the farther it has to go the easier it will be.
