History Of The Jutsu: this Jutsu was created by Maycune, one of Yarashi's Monkey summonings, as a gift to those who would be able to summon it. It had been created about 1 week befor Yarashi was able to summon Maycune. (Location created remains unknown to this day)

Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does:

Hand signs required: Ne>Saru>I>U>Ushi>Mi>Inu>Tatsu>Saru>Mi.

max range: six yards upwards.

Upon hand sign completion, User holds in the last "Mi" sign as 8 long lemur tails emerge from the ground to grab onto the target. These tails are longed into the ground at the bottom, making them imposable to uproot, and the tails will begin to further constrict the target when the user applies more chakra. This grip tightening Jutsu can exost the target and at most, give him a moderately painful wound. When the user releases the final "Mi" hand sign, the Jutsu retracts back into the ground. Ninja as well as Monkey summonings can use this Jutsu. For a Ninja, this Jutsu requires the Monkey summoning contract.

Weaknesses: since the Jutsu has limmeted range and cant move strait forward, backward, left or right as fast as it can move upwards, , getting off the ground past the max hight or cutting the tails BEFOR captured, will save the target.

Once the target is bound up, they can not move physically willingly, however, a second party who is not captured by this Jutsu can cut the tails around the target.
