Ninjutsu
History: Hiro realized he'd always be at a disadvantage to mist ninja who use the hidden mist jutsu so he invented this jutsu to clear the mist when they do it
Description: Makes a chunk of rock rise from the ground and spin around very fast to make strong enough winds to clear the mist
weakness: try to destroy it fast enough for it to not be able to clear it in time
