History Of The Jutsu: This jutsu was created by Anthony uchiha when one day he realized he will not always have is swords on him so he formed a technique that would not take up a chakra nature and would help with hand to hand combat and with fighting against a sword with just his hands which would come in handy

Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: The user of the jutsu is unarmed and focuses chakra into there palms giving them an greater striking power and be able to hold of regular swords or shark weapons. Aslo giving the possible chance of using a shockwave on the opponents insides chances increases as level moves up
Genin: 20%
chunin: 30%
special: 40%
Jounin: 50%
ANBU: 60&
Kage: 100% mastery of this technique

Weaknesses: still can be hit with special weapons, jutsu, and explosions it is just to help when the enemy is using a weapon and he doesn't.

When focusing the chakra into the palms do the palms retain the same size or is there like a chakra cloak around the palms to make it longer distance or what, or does it just basically make the hits stronger?

basically it makes the palms more stronger so if metal hits them it is like steel hitting still hurts but wont cut but that's only if it hits palm and simply makes hits stronger it is a no sword style that means no chakra blades either
