Hair: His hair is pitch black, short, and often spiked in the front.
Markings: A scar over his left eye (the scar and eye are usually covered that doesn't mean the eye doesn't work.) Tattoos adorn his left arm up to his shoulder and onto his right pectoral. The tattoo itself is of swirling lightning bolts that converge in the palm of his hand.

- Born in the land of Lightning, Rocore was a very energetic child. His parents were the leaders of the small but influential Yotsuki clan. A people devoted to their country, friends, and their word. Honor had always been utmost and so the young Rocore was brought up with such in mind. While his father served as the family head, he saw very little of Rocore. Duties as a Clan leader simply took the man elsewhere. That didn't stop Rocore from receiving invaluable training though. When not playing Shoji he would train and to prove himself to his seemingly never present father.
The Clan wasn't surprised to learn of his Storm Release, nor of exceptional taijutsu skills. He grew quite adept with lightning charged, scythe's with chains. His signature weapon and jutsu being developed at the young age of 12. Dubbed the Lightning Hurricane, spinning chains imbued with lightning chakra, wind keeping it all in motion provided a great defense and a dangerous mid-close range offense. With all his intense training he was labelled a genius in the ninja word. Sadly his father never heard of such, assassinated by a bandit horde on his way home from the Land of Water.
The trauma of building himself up so that his father would notice him, striving for so long, so hard... He simply snapped and went on a rampage through the country-side creating great storms and even destroying a town before exhausting his own chakra supply and nearly killing himself and others. None were truly harmed and he pulled himself back together afterwards. But he made himself under-go special training and set out to find himself on a journey. He found himself in a desert where he made an animal contract with what called itself an Anubite, what seemed half-man, half-jackal. They were an easy going people and found a kindred spirit in Rocore. Over the next six years Rocore under-went intense training of mind and body. Keeping his mental walls strong and realizing his father would recognize him in the after-life when they met once more. His garb changed to while there, baggy shorts, sleeve-less shirts, and a bit more metal simply because he liked the cool feel of it in the hot desert.
Upon returning he realized he had dishonored his Clan, but breaking down in such a way. He devoted his life and considerable skills to building their reputation from that point on. Eventually being chosen as the clan head for both his martial abilities and his mind... Of course it was during this time he discovered how much fun drinking could be, and subsequently discovered how bad drinking was for him.
The Sannin of the Yotsuki for the most part stays away from drink and most things that can get him mad or remind him of the past. Despite his strong will memories still trouble him, be it his father or the village he destroyed. He spends most of his time near the Raikage now. As a prominent member of the Komugakure and head of the Yotsuki a now growing clan with a rather impressive Kekkei genkai, he is somewhat of an asset to the burgeoning village.

- Rocore is more often than not a jovial person. He may not always have a smile on, but he maintains a bright attitude. He is arrogant, and often ignorant of others. Not without reason, he is a Sannin after all. That said he isn't one to start a fight, given the chance he may not think too long on getting into one though... That said he is devout to his clan, his nation, and his friends(Be them from Komugakure or another land.) He is strong of will and character bringing with him a strong moral compass and a kind heart. That said he has been known to drop into fits of rage when provoked or drunk. His dark times in such states earned him the name 'The Lightning Demon'.

- Stengths-
Devotion- When he takes on a cause or takes on a challenge with a goal in mind he sets out to complete it with all his might few things can stop him from achieveing his goals when his heart and mind are one.
Loyalty- As his Clan demands he is incredibly loyal to his country, clan and friends.
Sannin- He is a Sannin, when entering Sage mode his power grows immensely granted him abilities that far exceed most other ninja.
Three chakra natures - Having a hold over three chakra natures is one thing, being able to manipulate them together however is another thing entirely. He is adept at wielding lightning and water but wind still gives him trouble from time to time...
Taijutsu figher- Close up he can be a real monster to face.
Weaknesses-
Big ego- As one who has never truly been scolded, mocked, or truly insulted by an enemy he never really learned to cope with it with anything but anger and impulsiveness.
Psychological issues - When pushed too far he can make rash and bad decisions or put himself into bad situations. It is something he constantly tries to correct and has little success in.
Can't take defeat - Losing to himself or others is very difficult for him to accept. Not being able to accomplish things is foreign to him and any slight failure is damaging more than just physically.
Short-midrange fighter - Though he has coping mechanisms, a long range fighter has a distinct advantage if they can keep distance. Mostly because he will always need to close the gap. Or hope that his few long-range techniques remove them fast enough to not consume too much chakra.

Techniques and general abilities:
Storm Release -
Lightning Hurricane- Using with and lightning in unison he creates a vortex of wind around himself, puts his scythes in, and imbues it all with lightning chakra. This often causes small storms overhead because of ionization in the air. The swirling wind provies a solid defense against most ranged attacks.The ability to shoot out the scythes applies a good mid-range attack as well. When sighted it appears to look like a tornado of light with a black figure at the center. Lending credit to the Lightning Demon.
Multi-Water Dragon Jutsu- Raises 3-9 water dragons depending on the chakra used. They are snake-like dragons, no arms just gaping mouths. Great for long, short, or mid ranges.. .Though at short ranges it is a bit difficult to control.
Lightning Reflexes- Using his control of the Lightning nature he speeds himself up to improve his dexterity and speed. Though not always he is usually one of the fastest fighters because of this skill.
Taijutsu- His best field is probably taijutsu, a 'supposed' master of several martial art forms and weapons fighting styles.
Fallen Cloud Jutsu- Using his lightning chakra to ionize low air and wind chakra to keep it from rising he makes clouds/mists on the ground. One of his better thought out jutsu though not one he uses much.
Thunder God Armor- Though it takes an intense amount of focus, he allows the lightning to dance over the metal on his body. Hits that strike him can cause paralysis to enemies. This move is only truly useful in Sage mode.
Items: In the picture above, the chained scythes he has dubbed 'Fangs of the Jackal'. A very exotic weapon-type that he chose to gain his signature 'look' they are easy to imbue with lightning or wind chakra.
A short sword not often used but something he keeps never-the-less. Should his scythes prove the wrong weapons he has a back-up and kunai in reserve.
Finally a bracer with spikes used for blocking and attacks that involve his fore-arm.
Summoning Contract: Anubite/Jackal - Dog-men with some human qualities (the god Anubis is an example of how they would appear but not the nature I'd say these portray.)
Jinchuuriki: Kurama
