Rocore Yotsuki's Time-skip

Year one- Rocore spent much of this year helping his clan flourish. He knew the best thing to do in peace was to prepare for war. So he prepared mind and body to withstand his own techniques. With Kurama's help he mastered the nine-tails and they grew rather close.Though Kurama was reluctant to admit it he liked Rocore. And Rocore made the nine-tails part of his Clan's seal to honor him. For Kurama now, through Rocore, watched over the clan. With the two of them on alert they pushed each shinobi in the Cloud village to become better establishing the academy and watching men and women, young and old progress through the ranks.

Year two- Rocore spent much of this year being nagged by elders to find a wife. At the age of twenty eight, and respected as possibly the strongest shinobi in the village beside the Raikage he had many chances... Most of them bored him, they either lacked the creativity or intelligence he desired. Still it gave him more time to train himself. To say he was fast or strong became a horrible understatement. He used Kurama's abilities to train with his eyes closed mostly to counter-act the genjutsu of dojutsus... Eye-power annoyed him to no end more so since he never learned genjutsu favoring powerful ninjutsu and speed over tricks.

Year three- His Clan prospered into a massive one, engaging in trade in the Cloud, Leaf, and Mist and bringing in much revenue for the entire village to not only train shinobi but purchase weapons and proper supplies to expand. All the while maintaining a spy network in the burgeoning villages. 

Year four - Rocore spent much of this year creating and learning jutsu involving the water styles and wind styles as well as making hybrids and upgrading his current jutsus. Creating wind-scythe armor, an improved lightning step(with bijuu mode), and several others with many 'secret techniques'. Otherwise things went as normal as he went about duties to better the village.

Year five - Lord Yotsuki, the Storm God, continued training his body but started to work his mind more as well. Reading on the sharingan and asking even the Raikage about it. Eventually deciding he needed a dojutsu to truly compete with others... And maybe even the eyes he had heard Kurama speaking of. Power-wise Kurama thought him worthy, but perhaps his heart wasn't ready for it. Still he looked into transplanting a sharingan into his right eye but knew barring the sudden death of an Uchiha it was very unlikely he would be able to replace it... And it would need to have the 'Mangekyo' to be truly useful. Even so his mind and body grew strong enough to fully utilize the speed and strength Kurama gave him to the point that he nearly teleported short distances when cloaked in the nine-tails chakra... It takes him a couple extra seconds to cover a battlefield...
