History Of The Jutsu: Normally unattainable by any normal shinobi, this technique was not developed, rather discovered by Takugan Uchiha when fighting a powerful Kurama many years ago. Because of his Uchiha and Senju blood, and the awakening of his Mangekyou Sharingan (although it does not require Mangekyou to use) the bloodlines of the Sage of Six Paths was once more united, giving the user ONE ability of the Rinnegan.

Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: This technique can utilize one technique of the Rinnegan, different for each user. For Takugan Uchiha, it is the ability to summon without hand seals. (Each user must have his/her technique approved before using.)

Weaknesses: The user of the technique will feel about 1.5x the normal chakra consumption than a normal summon. It also requires a Kage leveled shinobi with both Uchiha AND Senju blood. Also, each user must have his/her technique approved, and Almighty Push, any Outer Path techniques, or Planetary Devastation will be automatically turned down.
