Explain how the trait is gained if it is automatically obtained or obtained over time: obtained over time in a near death situation.

Describe what it does and who can use it:

-Creature/Beast mind control. (1'5 yards at max range, and the user must have eye contact)
-Sulekien (user goes blind after a period of time without stopping the jutsu). User cloaks a kind Ninjutsu type effect on the target, switching his nerve pathways from the brain step to the same side as each half, making movment the opponent makes more of a struggle to use properly, as well as disrupting most of the chakra flow, canceling out jutsu with a rank of D or lower, with A Genjutsu that hides the stat change from being felt. This effect only lasts as long as Mangekyo is kept active, and after the eye is retracted, the user, even if they are an Uchiha, becomes existed for a day. This jutsu requires eye contact between user and target. This Jutsu can be de-spelled if the target receives a shock of any kind to the brain.
