Isobu's home in the ocean away from the mist

Isobu rests in the ocean in the land of water not close to the mist, but myths have traveled of a mysterious beast that wont let a soul travel through the ocean pass.

Mona quickly swam close to the beast and performed a beast sealing technique chained sprout from the water and attempted to bind him.

The beast was binded and he struggled for a release

Rocore stood on the water's surface and let out a sigh, "I liked that... That was fun." He looked beneath him at the fleeing beast and the shark-woman. Harnessing his control over water he descended in a bubble of sorts. "Impressive work, I take it you're a rather prominent Nin in the land of water?" He asked as he watched the sealing technique...

Mona saw the unconsciousness Toru Oshinu on a peace of boat wreckage and brought him with her to the beast she put one hand on the beast and one on toru and once again performed her clans famous sealing justu sending the beast into the stomach of her anbu. When the sealing was done she looked at the strange cloud ninja who had fought with her. "You could say that." she said braking from samheda. She picked up her anbu and draped him softly over her shoulder.

[Rocore]

"I'm an envoy from a village known as the Hidden Cloud. Looking to trade and talk with other ninja." He stated as he let his sannin mode fade. "I am Rocore, Lord of the Yotsuki Clan. I obviously don't mean harm or else I would've stopped you from gaining a jinchuuriki... Now may I ask who you are?"

[Mona Hozuki]

Mona looked back at the man "Fancy name. I am Mona Hozuki, and this is Toru Oshinu we are from the hidden mist." is all she said

"Mona Hizuki... Well I wish to talk to whomever is in charge... Once your friend has been taken care of, of course." He pulled his mask down and offered a smile as his clan boat came up behind them. "Come we'll make it a swift trip to your port this way."

[Mona Hozuki]

Mona was apprehensive at first but sighed, she did not want to carry her anbu all the to port. She slowly got into the ninjas boat silently prepared for any surprise attack. "The Mizukage is the leader of the mist."

[Rocore]

He blinked and bow his head, "My apologies Mizukage, its an honor." With that he climbed aboard after them his eyes set on the misty lands ahead. "We've got stores of food and water though I would understand your apprehension. My clan is known for loyalty, I now consider you a friend Lady Mizukage... I'm also not arrogant or ignorant enough to assume you are truly alone just outside of your village."

[Mona Hozuki]

"Thank you, and no I am fine the chachra I and samheda ate was more than enough." She said laying isobu's jinchuriki on floor. "You seem smart enough, this time of "Villages" is strange indeed." she murmurs.

[Rocore]

"It's a difference for the best, the important thing is making friends in this time though... If we don't we may simply spark greater wars. The clan wars were tough, but imagine what would occur now? Possibly hundreds of clans fighting one another, even more young ones would die." A deep sigh escaped him as he turned away from the view.

"That said I do like what I'm seeing in the Mist. The Cloud and Mist would make a fearsome duo... The blade, Sameheda, was it? Quite an impressive weapon... I'll get to the point what would an Alliance between the villages take?"

[Mona Hozuki]

"Samheda is a blade forged by my own hands, and sealing ability it is the sword the Hozuki clan used to unite the clans in the land of water together." she said. Samheda wiggled in response to its name. "What do you have to want us to align with you is the question."

[Rocore]

"What do we have? Power, a thriving economy, and ways to locate the Bijuu." He stated simply, "An alliance is the first step to peace in the ninja world. What you can gain is safety even if our lands are far apart, means can be taken to make the distance significantly shorter."

[Mona Hozuki]

"We both have lived long enough to know words are only words. What do you have that we in the mist would want, and can be proven." she asked simply.

"I haven't known you long enough to begin to fathom what you want or need here... However this ship is filled with goods from the land of lightning. Members of my clan arranged to trade some and offer a gift with others. Tell me what the Hidden Mist seeks and I will tell you if we can offer such things." His eyes flickered to Toru before returning to the Mizukage as they pulled into port and the village.

[Mona Hozuki]

Mona could sense toru was awake, but continued her talk. "Simple, there is only one thing the mist needs, more tailed beasts. I highly doubt you can offer such a thing however." she said looking at her stomach, and Toru when she said tailed beasts.

[Rocore]

"I'm sorry you couldn't see the power an alliance can offer. They aren't all too difficult to seal as I'm sure you've noticed, and if that is the case though useful they will never be the ultimate power in a shinobi's arsenal. I've aided in defeating two now, I haven't been impressed by them nearly as much as even Sameheda has impressed me." He let out a deep sigh as he noticed her glance at her own stomach he put the pieces together than and there. "I'll depart as soon as the goods have been removed and sold... I hope you and the boy see that there is more to the world than bijuu and jinchuuriki."

[Mona Hozuki]

"War is something you must always be planned for, peace is just calm before another storm, these beasts alone my not be as powerful but combined with humans they will be stronger." she said turning away. "I do hope this calm last longer that i expect it to."

[Rocore]

"A wise man prepares for war in times of peace. I have done that, I also hope to bring every village together to forge a true peace. For the moment we are in an arms race, and I believe the other villages have already fallen far behind. A good way to prepare for war has always been by having friends by your side. The Raikage could be that friend to you."

[Mona Hozuki]

"Uniting all villages is an impossibility, each person is different , and wants different things. Trying to bring all these wants together is simply wishful thinking. Trust through only words cuts as deep as a dull knife. The villages are simply too different. I will consider your village a not a threat to us."

[Rocore]

"Fair enough, trust is built over time not in a day. That much I can accept... Thank you for your time, Mizukage." He offered a light smile to her before turning his attention to the village, he liked the light mist that hung over it. It was cool, and even a little forbidding. He felt almost at home in the light shroud. "I hope the Raikage accepts it for now."

[Mona Hozuki]

"If he cannot then the trust was never there to begin with." she said and got off the boat. When Mona caught off tons of villagers flocked to her and asked how the mission went she told them it was a success and the mist is better because of it. She also told the village of the cloud trading with them. She ordered a medical team to take Toru to the hospital, and then began to walk to her office.

Toru shot up and stood up straight and walked out saying,
"Don't underestimate the Mist" Once out he was assaulted by medical professionals but he just brushed them off saying, "I'm fine, really." Then went to the side of the Mizukage
