Appearance: Toru is a thin but sturdy ninja with bushy yellowish/tanish hair. Pretty much, Toru has looks very shrewd and intellagent like a fox and wears glasses that help him see because he has bad vision. In addition his eyebrows are darker than his hair and he has no facial hair.

Hair: Looks like the fourth hokage's hair but it is black.
Markings: Nothing except for the markings on his ANBU mask.

Bio: Owner of the Nuibari and is a member of the ANBU of the hidden mist village. Toru uses steel cable along with Nuibari for a deadly combo. Also Toru's family is one of the largest clans in the Hidden Mist Village which makes him able to use secret jutsu from the clan. The Oshino clan is prominent for their skill in Taijutsu and they are exceptionally skilled at using ninja tools and traps. This makes Nuibari one of the top ninja in the ANBU. Also Toru has an ocean of chackra that comes close to about half of the chakra Kisame of the Akatsuki has. Toru uses this like a steroid to strengthen his taijutsu, with this he can preform mind boggling feats with his jutsu.
In the hidden mist village, Toru is one of the strongest ninja in the village and is only rivaled by the Mizukage and a couple other top ninja in the village. However, no one knows this because Toru has to keep his role in the ANBU a secret from the outside world. All in all however, Toru is one of the best ninja throughout the ninja world and is rivaled by few.

Personality: He is very shrewd but condescending, also he can act a bit conceited at times because he thinks he's the best ninja in the hidden mist village.

Weaknesses: Toru is cocky and in addition he sometimes bites off more than he can swallow by having the tendancy to charge people and rely too heavily on his taijutsu. In addition if he were to fight against someone like Gaara he would struggle a bit.
