Hora Yukai, the founder of Shinjiki was born in a land not so far from where Konoha now resides, and quickly became one of the kage's favorite. He saw the world from a different perspective. He wanted change, and asked the leader of the group for a chance to do just that, which was often denied. Tired of being neglected, Hora took his family and many followers that wanted this change too to the land off of where Kumogakure now resides, where he met a man who helped him make that change. Many years, or even centuries later, The Shinjiki Clan has remained loyal to the land and is one of the most talented groups of the surrounding land. The Kumogakure was soon founded, and the Shinjiki has made a pact of truce with their Raikage, and have been loyal ever since.
