History Of The Jutsu: This Jutsu was created by Yarashi Kaminato while in the Hidden Leaf. It has only one reason for being created, giving everything Yarashi has in order to protect who he cares about.

Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: This Jutsu is an advanced version of the Rasengan. It looks as if a small spiral galaxy is formed around the Rasengan out of chakra. Regardless of the chakra the user has left, the Rasen-Galaxy uses up 95% of their remaining chakra to increase it's strength. This Jutsu's Damage Ratio is 75% to the target, and 25% back to the user as recoil damage. Without the chakra advantage, This Jutsu's strength is the same as a normal Rasengan.This Jutsu's range is the same as a normal Rasengan. With chakra advantage, it will gain 6/10 of the Rasengan's power for evry 10% of your max chakra used in your 95% of your current chakra. If this Jutsu does not hit a target within 1 minute, it de-spells. The Rasen-Galaxy creates an explosion of chakra on contact, so it can pass through non chakra charged objects to do damage to an opponent in hiding. This side damage is nicknamed, "Solar combustion".

Weaknesses: If the User can be immobilized before hitting the target, there is no point in using it to attack. If target is damaged by it's indirect explosion, the damage ratio for them is only 25%

Explain this to me.  Well, these two things.


1.) If it takes 95% of your full chakra, how does that do the same amount of damage as 95% of your chakra when you are at half your chakra level?


2.) How do you expect me to approve a jutsu that either kills the opponent or returns all chakra used to the user, thus eliminating the fear of wasting chakra on a technique?

1)it gains less power with 95% of half chakra, obviously
2)it can gail allot of power, yea, but its obviously a last resort jjutsu when chakra is at low reserves, it hits anything and de-spalls, user us soent afterwards.
3)if the target has ways to preventcontact, theres no way ud just keep trying it till you can hit, its a waist of chakra later, due to the about of chakra ud get back is only that of the Rasen-Galay's power, not of the Rasengan you need to create it

You cannot recover chakra from a technique you already spent chakra on.  And specify just HOW strong this technique is.
