Here, I'll add canon/custom jutsu onto the jutsu list on my profile as well as canon/custom justu that I'll train.

Name of Created Jutsu: Great Fire Destruction Technique

Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, or Taijutsu: Ninjutsu

History Of The Jutsu: Created by one of the founders of the Uchiha clan who was an extremely gifted Katon user. This founder passed on the technique to the elders of the clan, who passed it on to the elites of the next generations.

Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames that can set a vast area ablaze, engulfing the target in a veritable sea of flames. If used upon dense, combustible terrain such as a forest, the confined area can greatly increase the possibility of the target's incineration.

Weaknesses: A sufficiently powerful Suiton

Name of Created Jutsu: Blast Wave Wild Dance

Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, or Taijutsu: Ninjutsu

History Of The Jutsu: Same as above

Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a continuous stream of flames, which spirals outwards, creating a massive fire vortex.

Weaknesses: Sufficiently powerful Suiton, can be dodged by ninja who can move rather fast

Name of Created Jutsu: Uchiha Flame Battle Encampment

Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, or Taijutsu: Ninjutsu

History Of The Jutsu: Created by the Uchiha clan ancestor.

Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: After manifesting small flames on each finger of one hand, the user then slams their palm on the ground, resulting in the creation of a cylindrical barrier enveloping a location of their choosing, protecting anything contained within and burning whatever comes into contact with the barrier's exterior. The barrier is powerful enough to tank direct blows from Bijuu.

Weaknesses: Dispells if the user dies, immense chakra control

Name of Created Jutsu: Dream-Eater

Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, or Taijutsu: Genjutsu

History Of The Jutsu: Created by Teru over the 5 year span.

Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: Baku creates mental, illusionary barricades to block powerful mind readers from accessing information hidden in the corners of the targets' mind. Basically "genjutsu traps", it not only represses the target's own memory, but can also harass the infiltrator on the mental level. 

Weaknesses: Although a powerful genjutsu, it is not infinite. A powerful and smart mind-reader (like a Yamanaka) can still bypass Baku, but it does take a while.

Description: Hissoriontei is a Ninjutsu speed technique developed by Teru Uchiha. Using chakra to minorly enhance muscle function particulary within the legs and then the rest concentrated on the internal flat area right above the bottom of his feet, Teru is able to move at high speeds comparable to Shunshin making little if not no noise. He will use his own individual speed and chakra to move quickly and then use chakra to limit the vibrating sounds his feet would make after each step, inducing stealth by eradicating the sound of steps as well as the noise the speeds Teru traveling on can make. Teru can only move at short distances and is not able to move at diagonal or curved directions, hence he is not able to easily move directly near the back of an opponent if he comes from their front. Is only usable three times per battle and after the second time, Teru might be winded up if he suffers serious damage.

Added Weaponry:
~ Blade of Kagutsuchi ~
A weapon that can produce very powerful flames when copious amounts of fire chakra are sent to it. These flames can be freely manipulated and controlled by Teru. Not only do these flames go a little over 100 degrees Celsius in temperature, but Teru can generate large amounts of them and spread them throughout the battlefield.  He can perform a variety of Kenjutsu-related fire attacks with the Blade of Kagutsuchi. The blade has a special defensive effect, in that whoever holds the bottom of the hilt of the blade gets high protection from the temperature of the flames (but not its power). The blade constantly drains the chakra of whoever is holding its hilt.
