Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: (Explain how the jutsu works, make up hand signs for it a well if any, explain what the jutsu does its affect area and its element type if it is long rannge short med.it is a long range genjutsu while playing the violin and singing the song any ninja in the area will be filled with happyness and will forget what there doing and speraticly start dancing it will lose its effect after 10 minutes of hearing the melody so as to leave room to exscape from attacks.

If you plug your ears fast enough you can maby stop it but sound is pretty fast.
