Takugan Trains Gyuki
Kumogakure had 3 Bijuu in its posetion, but... why had no one gone about mastering their Bijuu? Of course, Takugan could control it with his Doujutsu powers, but that would make him feel guilty... He would rather finding an actual friendship. Takugan left his mansion and departed on a trail, going to a mountain near Kumogakure. Getting to the top of the mountain proved quite a feat, and Takugan instantly began to feel the effects. He did not mind, for he was determined to become powerful.
Takugan found a rock overlooking Kumogakure, and he paused for a second observing the bustling city he had founded. The people seemed so happy... but that was beside the point. Takugan had word to do. He sat on the rock in a criss-cross fashion, and his eyes fluttered closed, opened, and closed once more. His mind sank, and his body numbed, and everything became dark. When light was given back to the world there was a different landscape. It was a lake in the middle of a large luscious green forest. There were oaks, and pines, birches, and osage. There were little animals scurrying about, squirrels looking for nuts, and butterflies just emerging from their cocoons to show off to the world their beauty. In the middle of the lake, Gyuki was trapped beneath the surface by clear ice, whose very existence was contradictory, as it was at least 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
Gyuki was first to speak, "Uchiha... what have you done to me? Why can I not move of my own accord?"
Takugan replied, as if he'd just realized that Gyuki was still under illusion, simultaneously breaking the Genjutsu, "Gyuki, my Sharingan eye allowed me to cast illusions on your mind. But do not fear, as it is broken now."
"Why break the illusion? You had full control of me, why did you decide to let go of that power?"
Takugan's heart was grave when he answered, almost sad. "Gyuki, as much as I desire your power, I am willing to take the time to form a true bond with you. You may not like it, but I will do it regardless."
To this, Gyuki rampaged, banging against the glassy ice, causing earchquake-like tremors all across the surface. After becoming pretty exhausted, Gyuki finally resolved to speak again. "You want my power, huh? Let us see how much you can handle it." Before Takugan could respond, he was sucked below the ice, the underneath frigid and chilling to the bone. He fought for air, and just as he could no longer hold on, and gasped for breath, he awakened into his reality.
A smile curled onto Takugan's lips, as he felt a power course through his entire body and he grew a cloak of red chakra. However, as soon as Takugan noticed it, it died away. Takugan concentrated, shoving his own chakra away, but he could not grasp that of Gyuki's. He tried again, this time resorting to calling out in his mind, and Gyuki did not respond, merely bestowed the cloak once more upon Takugan. Takugan, this time, managed to maintain the single tail of chakra and its cloak, for he ran across the lake and back eight times at speed he'd never felt before. He ran to the tree-line and punched a tree, after the action it shattered, reduced to mere mulch. He reached around another tree, trying to rip it out of the ground, when his arms would not move all the way around. Trying harder, Takugan grew arms of chakra, reaching all the way around the tree and ripping it out of the ground.

Re: Takugan Trains Gyuki
Takugan looked out over the village, a feeling of serenity filling his heart. The people were happy... the village was just shutting down after a bustling day, perfect for business. Takugan could be at eternal peace here, and the world could just let him be. Ah, what was he thinking? Takugan had work to do, and a village to protect! Takugan once more closed his eyes, and his body rested, his muscles died down. He was almost in a position to enter Sage Mode. Takugan sunk into his conscious. He was falling, falling... everything began to fade into blackness...
And then, the bright light appeared, and Takugan rose an arm to protect his eyes against the light. Slowly, the world became less bright, and timidly, Takugan lowered his arms to take in the view. Just like before, Takugan was awestruck by the beauty of the place. A luscious green forest with every type of tree imaginable to the human mind, insects of every species, and animals whose majestic beauty alone could throw a human into a trance. The treeline became lighter and more spotted until it was grass. From the grass, there was sand. At the edge of the sand, a massive lake, frozen over with 12 feet of ice. There was nothing that could break through it. However, its existence was strange. It was nearly 80 degrees Fahrenheit outside, and yet the Ice existed. It was less ice, and merely solidified water, for it was not cold. Takugan could walk across it and not slip, and he did so as he made his way out to the center of the lake, where Gyuki was trapped beneath the ice, or "solidified water."
Takugan spoke, his voice triumphant at having mastered the first tail of Gyuki's Chakra Cloak. "Gyuki. I have mastered the power you gave me earlier, and I know that you have more to share. I can become powerful, and we can be friends. Grant me more power, so that we may coexist in peace."
Gyuki spoke this time, his voice a bit astonished. "So, human. I see you have managed to control one eighth of my power. Do you think that is a feat? For someone as powerful as me, do you think you can control my full power?"
"I think I can try."
Gyuki laughed, and once more, Takugan was plunged deep below the surface of the ice, where the temperature plummeted, it could have been -20 degrees Fahrenheit. Takugan breathed in on purpose, and was thrown out of his own subconscious once more. He smiled as the Chakra Cloak boiled into existence around him again, as he sprouted a tail. He began sprouting the second tail and could not quite get it to fully materialize. He pulled more on the source of power, and the second tail materialized completely.
Takugan felt the power... it was overwhelming. He'd never felt such power, and he was incredulous. It was twice as strong as before, and almost made him gasp. Takugan went through the motions he'd gone through before, punching through trees and boulders, jumping a hundred feet in the sky, and stretching chakra arms to mow down the treeline from the top of the mountain. This time, he tried something more. He took a running jump directly off the cliff, and began falling. He fell, and fell, and fell, gaining in speed until he was almost at a free fall. Just before hitting the base of the mountain, Takugan extended his chakra arms to latch onto the side of the mountain, and towed his way back up. He climbed at an alarming rate, easily faster than most people he'd ever seen before.
Takugan now deactivated his cloak, and smiled, bringing it forth over and over again, practicing in keeping it steadily maintained. From here, when the Raikage was satisfied in his ability, he began to make his way back to the village for a much needed rest. He trudged along slowly, for he was more exhausted than he had been in a long time. He was looking forward to his soft bed at the mansion.

Re: Takugan Trains Gyuki
His heart pulsed in his ears. Takugan was at it once more, ready to become powerful and learn to control the power of the fabled Tailed Beast by the name of Gyuki. The power that had already been bestowed upon him was insane, and he was almost hungry to get at it once more. The Raikage slowly made his way up the long winding trail that spiraled to the top of a mountain, in the mountain ranges of Kumogakure. All was still, and all was peaceful, from the smallest cricket, to the biggest bear. The silence that rang in his ears was almost deafening in its own right. He smiled as he began to make his way up further and further up the mountain, and he felt the air get cooler and cooler, until he broke the treeline, and it began to become frigid. It felt good to be embraced by such a cold, and he smiled as mother nature whipped him with her icy touch.
Takugan had made it to the top of the mountain once more, and looking over the scenery, decided this would be the last tail he trained at this location, simply from the boredom of it. It began to become a plain site, just another speck of data in his ever-encompassing brain. The mountain was in between Kumogakure and another, much larger mountain, that blocked the coulds from the one he was on, essentially hogging all the precipitation and leaving this mountain dry. It was like many things in life, for bigger was always better. It was survival of the fittest, for if you were weak, you would die, or suffer at the very least. Takugan had vowed long ago to change the world from working this way, for he hated that you had to be powerful to live happily. However, almost in a paradox, to change the world to be like this, he had to become powerful himself, contradicting everything he had vowed to do.
Takugan decided that this would be an important goal to him, so he walked over to his usual rock, and sat down on the mossy and cushioned surface, crossing his legs in a criss-cross fashion. His eyes fluttered closed, and almost as if he were drawing in Nature Energy, he became completely still. He, in an ethereal form, reached deep into his own subconcious, and saw the world fade into darkness, only to be presented with a light so brilliant that he had to shield his eyes. As the world materialized in front of him, Takugan took in the familiar surroundings, the lake that was frozen over at 80 degree temperatures, the sandy beech, the grass, and finally the dense and luscious green forest that surrounded the lake.
As usual, Takugan strolled out to the middle of the lake, to see Gyuki calmer than the first two times he had begun to train, seemingly impressed with Takugan's fast improvement. Takugan was the first to speak this time, which was opposite of the last time Takugan had come here to train. "Gyuki... your power is not enough. You said I would have a challenge controlling it, so where is the challenge? The power is nothing that I haven't experienced before, and I know you have more than this. You are holding out and you know it."
Gyuki responded in a slightly tempted tone, almost as if he wanted to see JUST how much Takugan could handle. When his maw parted, the following words spilled forth. "Raikage, Uchiha, whatever it is that you go by. Do you think you have tasted power? Do you honestly feel like you can ever measure up to the point of controlling every bit of my power? You are a mere hu-"
Takugan cut him off right there. "GYUKI!! You seem to underestimate humans a lot, for you do not seem to realize that I defeated you, and that is the reason you are stuck here! You are a cocky bastard who needs to swallow his pride and accept that he is not the most powerful being in the universe!!" Gyuki now lashed at Takugan, but smashed its head on the not-cold ice. Takugan went about things a bit differently this time, calling the cloak of two tails. After calling the cloak of two tails, he forcefully used Gyuki's chakra to grow the third tail, for he wanted to show Gyuki that he ran his body, and that Gyuki could not measure up to him. Takugan pulled himself out of his conscious, not being forcefully submerged beneath the water once again. When the true world faded back into existence, Takugan began training with the third tail just like he did the second, getting used to and calibrating how he should fight in the three tailed cloak.

Re: Takugan Trains Gyuki
He was ready to go to the next step. Takugan had insulted, challenged, and taunted his way to his third tail, but he expected now was the time to show the respect. Takugan was in his office, pondering where he would train today. He walked out into the sunshine of his mansion and looked around, as if he would see a place that easily. He knew he wouldn't, but for some reason he kept looking, as if he really would find a place. He strolled through the village, smiling as the children laughed and played, without a care in the world. His word to master Gyuki would pay off, for it was worth it to see these children so happy. Takugan was halfway through the village and was stopped by one of his shinobi, a Genin. He'd asked him: "Lord Raikage-sama, how did you come to be so strong?"
Takugan pondered for a long time, trying to decide how exactly he HAD become so strong. It was odd to him that he had never thought about this question before, and he thought back. So many things had happened... so when was it he had begun to become so powerful? Almost as soon as he asked himself that the memory flashed in his mind and he remembered. It was the day that Kurama had attacked the Uchiha Clan, long before Kumogakure had formed. At this event, Takugan had gained his Sharingan. He smiled when he told the Genin his answer, for he was proud of it. "I got to be strong when I had a reason to be strong. For me, it was to protect my loved ones, for if I did not do it, who else would? How else could I gain the safety of my loved ones?"
The boy stiffened and smiled at the Raikage, and with a muttered "thank you", he ran off. As Takugan continued on, he thought about how it had amazed him at how he became so looked up to. He did not know entirely why he was looked up to, but so many told him it was that he created a source of peace and safety by created the village of Kumogakure. But it occured to him... without them, would the village really even exist? He could not found a village without villagers to protect, so just as much as he had done, the villagers of Kumogakure had done just as much. The Raikage smiled inwardly at himself, proud he had come up with such words of wisdom, as such was rare for a 17-year-old man like he was.
As Takugan emerged from the village, he looked down the enormous mountain that the village was perched on and laughed. He decided well... why not? And with that, Takugan jumped off, falling hundreds of feet. The wind in his face made him laugh harder, for he was now genuinely happy. Noticing he'd need to slow down soon, Takugan grew his Gyuki Chakra Cloak, and with a chakra arm, he reached out and scraped the cliff-side, slowing down just enough to crash into the ground without major damage. He finished laughing, and the Raikage, rather than getting up, did not even open his eyes. He decided that he'd do it right there. Reaching deep into his subconscious once more, Takugan, the Raikage, fell into darkness so heavy and so suppressing, that he could not see a thing, nor hear the lightest sound. Just as soon as it had become too dark to stand, the world had become too bright to stand. Takugan, rather than waiting for the world to materialize, walked to Gyuki. Before he could utter a word, Gyuki was laughing.
"So, human, have you come back to become stronger? What exactly makes you think I will give you any more of my power with what you did last time? Do you think you deserve my power, puny Raikage? I could squash you like an insect."
The Raikage responded with a voice full of nothing but friendliness. "Gyuki, why are you so hostile? I'd like nothing more than to become friends with you and become powerful together, so why do you insist on distrusting me?"
"Human... you have cast illusions on me, locked me under this surface, and stolen my power from me. Tell me, how is that friendly? Tell me, how does that prove anything you just said?"
"Gyuki... I am sorry. I... I do not know why I did that, nor do I think I will ever do it again. But... ah, you will not understand why I was compelled to become your Jinchuuriki..."
Gyuki blinked once, and then Takugan was once more in his reality, and with his Gyuki Chakra Cloak in the four tails state. The fourth tail began to slowly fade, and Takugan has almost lost it... but with a burst of willpower, Takugan pushed the Tail out, and before it could fade again, Takugan jumped. He just wanted to see how high he could jump, but when he got as high as he could, he almost thought he could jump too high. Takugan was almost two hundred feet in the air, and was coming down rapidly. He began to panic and threw his arms in front of him, almost forgetting about his chakra arms, which sprouted and saved his fall. So... this was his newfound power...
